    This is not the southernmost tip of Africa but Cape Agulhas is, that is also where the two oceans meet. You were misled by the sheer ignorance of others. Many Capetonians are just not educated enough to have the facts. Just Google it or ask the Chief Hydrographer of the SA Navy’s report.
